This is really interesting. In all of my nutrition education, I’ve learned mostly that the two most important things you can do is protect the liver and feed the gut. I definitely cut back on alcohol significantly when I learned that it would majorly contribute to cancer. I have a friend who is a breast cancer survivor and she drinks like a sailor but if I tell her, she wouldn’t hear me. People don’t want to hear that stuff.
